When you purchase a product from our  Kali Designs Leather website, you are accepting our Terms and Conditions.

Please read these and choose your product carefully before making your purchase.

 

PRICES

All prices and payment transactions displayed on this website are quoted in NEW ZEALAND dollars (NZD)

All prices displayed are inclusive of GST.

 

PAYMENT

Payment may be made by Visa, Mastercard and direct credit with our easy online ordering system.

We do not accept cheques, money orders or cash. 

All payments are processed at the time of ordering.

Please ensure contact and payment details are valid and correct when placing your order.

 

SECURITY

Internet ordering and security is of utmost importance to us. ​

All credit card and personal details are secure when transmitted through our website.

Your transaction details are completed with the security provided by the highest level encryption servers available.

Your credit card details are guarded by technology that is 100% safe and secure.

 

DELIVERY 

WITHIN NEW ZEALAND

For small items we use standard New Zealand Post.

Although we are unable to guarantee delivery time, we will endeavour to despatch your order within 2 business days of you placing the order.

Please note that with this service, items are not insured and are shipped at the purchaser's risk; we make every effort to ensure

our items are packed carefully to avoid any damage, but can not be held responsible for any damage incurred by

New Zealand Post if the parcel is mishandled.

Larger parcels are sent by Fastway Couriers.

 

It is imperative that you enter your correct contact details including full name, email address, phone number, delivery address 

and other requested information.

We will require a physical street address as Fastway Couriers do not deliver to PO Boxes.
If there is any error in the address specified, redelivery to the correct address will incur an additional delivery charge.

You should receive your product within 5-7 business days of placing your order, pending availability and payment authorisation.

It is the your responsibility to promptly advise us if your order is not delivered within the expected time-frame.
We will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from a late or missing delivery.

Please let us know if you have any specific delivery instructions.

 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

All deliveries overseas are subject to delivery charges. Postage cost will be according to the weight of the parcel and current NZ Post prices.

Please email us at  kalidesigns.nz@gmail.com or a telephone call to 029 3786266 (within NZ) with your requirements and we will 

quote accordingly, using one of the following options:

Air Post  (3-10 business days)

Economy Post ( 10-25 business days)

Economy Courier ( 2-6 business days)

Express Courier ( 1-5 business days)

Products shipped internationally may incur import duties and local taxes which are your responsibility on the delivery of goods.

 

      RETURNS POLICY

       All Kali products undergo strict quality control before despatch from India and are inspected again

       on arrival into our warehouse in New Zealand to ensure they meet our stringent quality standards.

 

       Every effort is made to ensure that all of our items are in perfect condition and free from any defects.

       Please check your order and advise of any damage within 7 days of delivery.

       In the unlikely event of receiving a faulty or damaged product,  we will replace it if notified within 7 days of delivery.

       If the item is out of stock or cannot be replaced,  we will offer an exchange, credit or refund.

 

        We offer a 6 month fair "wear and tear” guarantee on product fittings, during which time, we will repair or replace items free of charge.

        We will not replace items if they can be repaired. 


       After a 6 month period from date of purchase, we will no longer be liable for the cost of repair or replacement.
 

       There are no repairs or returns on discounted "Specials" or sale items.

        In the event that an ordered item is out of stock or we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you within

        2 business days to arrange an alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.

 

All goods remain the property of Kali Designs Leather until full payment has been received.
